It is staffed 24/7 with two ambulances, a EMS supervisor and deploys Quick Response Vehicles as needed to support countywide operations.

Located University of Louisville - South Hospital, this station helps provide EMS coverage to the northern part of the county.
It is staffed 24/7 with one ambulance to ensure continuous emergency response.
Zoneton Fire District Station #2
Operating out of Zoneton Fire Station #2, this location supports EMS coverage on the northern part of the county.
It is staffed 24/7 with one ambulance to maintain uninterrupted service.
Nichols Fire Department Station #1
We operate out of Nichols Fire Station #1 to serve the western portion of the county.
This station is staffed 24/7 with one ambulance to ensure timely emergency response.
Lebanon Junction EMS Station
Located in Lebanon Junction, this station provides EMS coverage to the city and the southern part of the county.
It is staffed 24/7 with one ambulance to guarantee consistent service in the area.
